ClinicToday started with a simple observation: providers are great at patient care, but they lose patients to unanswered calls, after-hours silence, and a front desk buried in the same 10 questions all day — hours, insurance, pricing, directions, over and over.
We built a Virtual Concierge that lives at each provider's own web address, answers those questions instantly using real practice data, and captures leads — so the front desk can focus on the patients already in the room.
